DALLAS, TX - The MLC 27/28 Blue team capped off a very successful Boxtoberfest tournament with a 7-3 Championship victory over the defending champs, TBL White.
To reach the Championship game, MLC had to win a suspenseful shootout in the semifinal after the teams ended regulation tied 6-6. MLC sealed the win after converting on their final shot.
Mission had four total teams in the event. The MLC 27/28 Grey team finished Sunday with a 4-2 win over Plano West. Missions two 29/30 teams finished pool play 2-1 and ended up taking 3rd and 4th place.
