2022 was a banner year for San Antonio high school lacrosse. For the first time ever, two San Antonio programs met in the THSLL Class C State Championship as TMI defeated Alamo Heights. The game featured current MLC coaches Blake Skinner, Ryan Williams, Jake Larrumbide and Cody Hornung on the sidelines and 29 MLC alums.
MLC coaches also received recognition for their coaching this spring. Coach Blake
Skinner was named the USA Lacrosse Central Texas Coach of the Year as well as the THSLL San Antonio District Coach of the Year.
Coach Ryan Williams was named the THSLL San Antonio District Assistant Coach of the Year.
