Starting this fall, all full time MLC Players will have the ability to attend additional Faceoff and Goalie skills sessions free of charge. These sessions will be in addition to our normal practices.
To ensure Mission players are getting the best quality instruction, we are bringing two of the best positional coaches from Austin to help. Please help us welcome Coach Matt Hicks and Coach Jason Filios to the MLC Family.
Faceoff Sessions
Dates: October 1, October 8, October 15, October 22, October 29, November 5, November 9 & December 3

Coach Filios is one of the best coaches of faceoff technique around. He has worked with the best faceoff men from all over the state including several Division I commits. He is coming off back to back State Championship seasons with TMI Episcopal and Hyde Park respectively.
Goalie Sessions
Dates: October 15, October 29, November 19 and December 5

Coach Hicks has had an illustrious 20 year career coaching goalies in the Central Texas area. He has produced 10 All State Goalies and 2 All Americans. This past season, he was selected as the C Class Central District Assistant Coach of the Year while helping lead Vista Ridge to their first ever State Championship game appearance.
