Round Rock, TX - Mission '27 finished the Bitter Texas Lax Festival 5-0 in route to winning the tournament Championship. The team finished pool play 3-0 by defeating the Houston Cougars, VooDoo Lacrosse, and Top Notch. Sunday saw a rematch with Top Notch before defeating Capital Lacrosse in the Championship game.
Mission 28/29 went 2-1 in pool play before losing in the semifinals to the eventual
tournament champions. This weekends tournament marked the end of the field lacrosse portion of the summer season as both teams will be transitioning to box lacrosse and closing out their season in Dallas at the Cowtown Cup box tournament.
